Property owners must clean up property or face fines

OKEECHOBEE – An Okeechobee County Special Code Enforcement Magistrate Hearing was held April 19.

  • The 1494 N.W. 47th Terrace property owned by Eli Isael Flores Rodriguez was found to be in compliance with county code. Because the property owner corrected the violation, the case was dismissed.
  • In the case regarding the 856 N.W. 358th Boulevard property owned by Rodney Kemple, the property owner was ordered to provide written status updates to the county regarding bankruptcy court.
  • In regard to the 17571 N.W. 38th Avenue property owned by David Anthony Pascarella, the magistrate found the property owner had corrected the violation and the case was dismissed.
  • In the case of the 10692 U.S. 441 N. property owned by Patrick Williams and Carmen Williams, the magistrate found the property owners had corrected the violation and the case was dismissed.
  • In the case of the 18178 N.W. 306th Street property owned by Michael Moore and Carol Moore, the magistrate found the property owners had corrected the violation and the case was dismissed.
  • In the case of the 15777 N.W. 290th Street property owned by Lawrence Wirtschafter and Alfredo Pena, the magistrate found the property owners corrected the violation and the case was dismissed.
  • In the case of the 539 N.E. 17th Avenue property owned by Kenneth Govens, the matter was tabled until May 17.
  • In the case of the 657 N.E. 17th Avenue property owned by Kenneth Govens, the matter was tabled until May 17.
  • In the case of the 639 N.E. 17th Avenue property owned by Kenneth Govens, the matter was tabled until May 17.
  • In the case of the 6622 N.E. Second Street property owned by Connie Rollins, the matter was tabled until May 17.
  • In the case of the 2814 S.E. 38th Avenue property owned by Lyle Grone, the property owner was ordered to demolish a small block structure with all applicable permits and inspections by May 12 or face fines of up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 15836 N.W. 262nd Street property owned by Nelson Javier Martinez, the magistrate found the property owner had corrected the violation and the case was dismissed.
  • In the case of the 3023 S.E. 25th Street property owned by John W. Vickers and Debra Ann Vickers, the property owners were ordered to remove all violations from the property by May 12 or face fines of up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 2093 S.W. 67th Drive property owned by Rumor Whitney Juarez, the magistrate found the property owner had corrected the violations and the case was dismissed.
  • In the case of the 3827 N.W. 38th Avenue property owned by Mayra Romero, the magistrate found the property owner corrected the violation and the case was dismissed.
  • In the case of the 4345 NW 11th Drive property owned by Trevor A. Rowe Jr., the property owner was ordered to remove the abandoned car by May 12 or face fines of up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 3896 N.W. 17th Avenue property owned by Emily Dreher, the property was found to be in compliance with code and the case was dismissed.
  • In the case of the 19987 N.W. 294th Street property owned by Stacie Negrych, the property owner was ordered to remove all violations from the property by May 12 or face fines of up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 14925 property owned by Joseph M. Hackler, the property owner was ordered to remove all violations by May 12 or face fines of up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 15367 N.W. 296th Street property owned by Donald Fry and Michelle Mazerolle, the property owners were ordered to correct violations by Aug. 11, or face fines up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 28360 property owned by Enys Esther Benitez, the property owner was ordered to remove all violations by May 12 or face fines of up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 605 N.E. 13th Avenue property owned by Bryon S. Aitken, the property owner was ordered to remove a semi trailer on the property by May 12 or face fines up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 2305 N.W. 392nd Street property owned by Jennifer Monaghan and Collel W. Barnhill Jr., the property owners were ordered to remove all violations from the property by May 12 or face fines up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 15945 property owned by Daniel Felipe Molina and Lulia Eudora Munteanu, the property owners were ordered to remove all violations by May 12 or face fines up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 14150 N.E. 22nd Street property owned by Nelson Rodriguez and Elisa Gonzalez, the property owners were ordered to complete permitting, including all inspections, by May 12 or face fines up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 12305 U.S. Highway 98 N. property owned by McKayla Snow, the property owner was ordered to remove all violations from the property by May 12 or face fines of up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 30243 N.E. 17th Street property owned by Ellen LeFavour, the property owner was ordered to pay $100 per day beginning April 20 and each day thereafter until the property is in compliance with county code.
  • In the case of the 3639 S.W. 19th Street property owned by the estate of Linda Christian, the property owner was ordered to remove all cited violations by May 12 or face fines of up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 1661 Highway 70 W property owned by David Feltenberger, the property owner was ordered to remove all citied violations or obtain permits by May 12 or face fines of up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 15834 N.W. 276th Street property owned by Andrew Nothdurft and Celia Lopez, the property owners were ordered to remove all violations by May 12 or face fines of up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 3594 N.W. Third Street property owned by Eleazar Gomez and Amanda Gomez, the property owners were ordered to remove all violations by May 12 or face fines of up to $250 per day.
  • In the case of the 2975 N.W. 47th Street property owned by Aljandro Espinoza Vazquez, the property owner was ordered to obtain permits for the construction or remove the construction from the property or pay fines up to $250 per day.
