OKEECHOBEE — On October 11, 2022, our Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force and Special Response Team partnered with the United States Drug Enforcement Administration and Florida Department of Law Enforcement to serve a probable cause narcotics search warrant on a residence located at 16534 NW 282th Street, Okeechobee.

Approximately 18.0 grams of Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were found during the warrant service by agents.
Arrested today were Okeechobee residents John Meara (Age) for the Sale of Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to sell, Trafficking in Methamphetamine, and Drug paraphernalia. The bond is pending his First Appearance.
Kristine Clendenin (age) was arrested for Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia, and Justin Clendenin (age) for possession of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The bonds for each is pending their First Appearances.
A special notation that Justin Clendenin is currently out on bond for possession of a firearm by a juvenile delinquent.
Today's probable cause warrant continues the message that Sheriff Noel E. Stephen frequently speaks about, "If you conduct this behavior within our communities, we will find you, investigate you, develop probable cause cases against you and arrest you."
