The Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office shared this report: On the afternoon of April 1, on a small tornado touched down in the area of Okeechobee County known as Dark Hammock (NE 144th St.)

No reports of anyone injured have been made, however several homeowners have reported property damage to numerous structures.
