Town hall meeting to be held

OKEEECHOBEE — The city of Okeechobee mayor, Dowling Watford, and the city council will hold a meeting on Monday, Jan. 24, at 6 p.m. at the Freshman Campus Auditorium, 610 S.W. Second Ave. The mayor and council would like to hear from residents and property and business owners within the city.

Topics of discussion will include the new city charter review with a Q&A to follow.

The mayor and council would like to know how they can better serve and assist you.
