OKEECHOBEE -- Trevor Fitzgerald, founder of Fitzgerald Fishing; former Bassmaster Elite Angler, and a current Major League Fishing Pro will be a special guest/speaker at the 2021 Business of the Year Awards on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021.

Trevor Fitzgerald grew up in Ocala, FL with his parents taking him fishing at a very early age and he was immediately hooked. He began fishing in tournaments in high school and steadily worked his way up to the professional level from there. When he’s not fishing in the Major League Fishing (MLF) Pro Circuit, Trevor spends time with wife Sonia and daughter Isabela.

Trevor and Sonia own and operate Fitzgerald Fishing, LLC specializing in the best fishing rods, fishing accessories, jigs, and braided line on the market. The Fitzgeralds and their pro-team use the knowledge that they have acquired from fishing professionally and put it into each product to make them perfect. Tournament success is one of the things that sets the company apart with Trevor’s personal wins of a Bassmaster Open in 2010 and a MLF Toyota Series in 2020.
