Cesar Aguilera and Brian Weaver, owners of Artsemble Underground, traveled to LaBelle and spent a week painting a memorial wall for the late FWC Officer Julian Keen. The mural depicts Julian, along with a few symbols that represent his life and personality. Caesar and Brian spent nearly 50 hours creating this beautiful tribute in memory of one of LaBelle’s own. The project is located in the alleyway between All Dolled Up Salon’s new location and Forrey Grill (off Fort Thompson Avenue). Gone But Not Forgotten - #belikejulian
