OKEECHOBEE — On Feb. 25 2023, the Big O Teen Anglers fished their February tournament. Big O Teen Anglers would like to thank the following captains who volunteered to take the kids out: Ben Purvis, Bobby Koedem, Capp Williams, Danny Garcia, David Diehl, David Straight, Jamie Stephens, Jim Newell, Justin Whidden, Kim LaFave, Paul Lynch, Raul Martinez, and Terry Seabolt.
In the 9-13 age group the winners are as follows:
• First place went to Derrick Steinmetz with 8.43 pounds.
• Second place went to Raylon Ferrell with 5.43 pounds.
The 14-19 age group winners are as follows,
• First place went to Holden Hawkins with 7.79 pounds.
