OKEECHOBEE — The Big O Teen Anglers held their End-Year Classic of the 2021 year out of Lake Garcia and Lake Okeechobee on October 30 and 31. This month’s two day tournament included 22 anglers catching a total of 111 bass at a combined weight of 142.84 pounds.
The largest Bass caught was by Lathan Stokes at 5.45 pounds.
This month’s standings were as follows:
9-12 Age Group
• First place- Lathan Stokes with 11.62 pounds and a Big Fish of 5.45 pounds;
• Second place - Waylen McLean with 9.85 pounds;
• Third place - Lane Whidden with 9.10 pounds.
13-19 Age Group
• First place - Mason Davis with 14.30 pounds;
• Second place - Tanner Seabolt with 10.43 pounds and a Big Fish of 3.29 pounds;
• Third place - Ragyn Mohney with 10.06 pounds.
Every month boat captains volunteer their time to our youth anglers. The anglers thank the following: Terry Seabolt, Billy Ellerbee, Josh Clay, Raul Martinez, Marc Williams, David Diehl, Justin Whidden, David Mohney, Kim LaFave, Scott LaFave, and Randi Davis.
