OKEECHOBEE – Center Mass Gun Range in Okeechobee is holding gun giveaway raffle which began on Oct. 24 and will end on Nov. 15.

The winner of the raffle will have their choice between a Glock 48 or a Dickinson CK212T 12 gauge semi-auto shotgun.

To enter the raffle bring non-perishable, non-expired food products to the Center Mass store located at 1934 Center St. The goal is to help feed the needy during the upcoming holiday season.

All food will be donated to the local food bank Our Village Okeechobee on behalf of all of the Center Mass customers.

Center Mass will also match the value of the donations collected, thereby doubling the amount of food donated to the local food bank up to a value of $5,000.

Customers will revive one ticket for each item brought to the food drive. The more items you bring, the more tickets you get to increase your chances of winning. For example, if you bring 20 cans of food, you would get 20 ticket entries.

The tickets will be put together in a tumbler to be drawn on Nov. 15. After that date the winner will have 15 days to claim the firearm. If the firearm is not claimed by the end of November, the winner will forfeit the prize and a new ticket will be drawn in December.

The winner of the gun must be 21 years or older and be legally allowed to have the gun transferred to them. In the event that the person drawn is not of legal age or is unable to pass the FDLE background check, the ticket will be void and another ticket will be drawn. The gun will not be shipped to the winner, they’ll have to swing by the store in person to pick it up.
