CES presents Tropicana Speech winners

CLEWISTON — On Monday, April, 17, students at Central Elementary School participated in the annual Tropicana Public Speaking Contest. All students did a wonderful job and the winners will present their speeches at the county speech contest on April 24.

The CES winners were as follows:
First place - Blair Stone, “My Private Jett”;

Second place - Runett Bovell “The Hollywood Bootcamp”;
Third place - Ava Huggins “Angels with Pitchforks”;
Alternate - Isabelys Valles “My Life”;
Most Humorous - Robert Edmonds “Maverick”;
Most Informational - Sherlyn Benigno “Art”; and
Best Presentation of a Serious Topic - Jade Crawford “My Diagnosis”.
