Clewiston High School students accepted to UF

Posted

Five Clewiston High School (CHS) and Florida Southwestern State College (FSW) Clewiston Collegiate seniors  learned this past weekend that they were accepted to the University of Florida (UF).

With an acceptance rate of only 37%, UF is one of the most difficult universities in the state to gain acceptance into.

CHS is  very proud of these young men and women for all of their hard work and determination, which has led them to this point in their lives.

It’s also important to note that these students were not guaranteed a spot in any of those Universities. Only students who earn their AA from a university's local state college are assured acceptance into those schools.
