Community Development Division Lobby closes to public

OKEECHOBEE — The Community Development Division Lobby (consisting of Planning & Zoning Department, Building/Permitting and Code Enforcement) located at 1700 N.W. 9 Avenue, will be closed to the public effective Tuesday, Jan. 12. All Offices will reopen on Tuesday, Jan.19, at 8 a.m. The departments have placed a drop box outside the front door for all paperwork to be delivered.

Please be advised that:

• Staff will be present to answer telephone calls
• Inspections will continue
• Review of Plans will continue, but you should expect some delays
The county apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our citizens.
