OKEECHOBEE — WE GOT HIM! The Dirty Diaper Desperado has been caught.
Owen gave us the slip (due to a dirty get away) on many occasions, but with the community's help, we were able to track him down and bring him to justice!
The arrest for being "way too adorbale," was part of the Okeechobee Education Foundation's Jail and Bail fundraiser, which raised more than $34,000 on May 19.
The Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office helped make the "arrests" and participants sought donations to the Okeechobee Education Foundation to pay the "bail."
