OKEECHOBEE -- In the spirit of the season, someone who wishes to remain anonymous donated enough money to cover 10 adoption fees at the Okeechobee Animal Control Shelter.
If you would like to give a dog or cat a great home, stop by the shelter, 1480 NW 25th Dr., Okeechobee, Florida, 34972. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call 863-357-3225. If you cannot come during normal business hours, call for an after-hours appointment.
