LABELLE — On Friday, May 6, members of the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office arrested five individuals on drug related warrants. These charges include trafficking, possession, and/or sales of narcotics within Hendry County. These warrants stemmed from undercover drug buys and previous investigations. Investigators are still looking for 30-year-old Juan E. Rodriguez of LaBelle in relation to the investigation.
Those arrested are:
• Thomas Ferguson, 21 of LaBelle, was arrested and charged with two counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, two counts of use of two-way devise to facilitate a felony, and sale of methamphetamine.
• Daniel Seth Gran, 29 of LaBelle, was arrested and charged with sale of methamphetamine, sale of marijuana and use of two-way device to facilitate a felony.
• Jessie Posey, 62 of LaBelle, was arrested and charged with sale of methamphetamine and use of two-way device to facilitate a felony.
• Liborio Marquez, 39 of LaBelle, was arrested and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, sale of methamphetamine and two counts use of two-way device to facilitate a felony.
• Gina L. Napier, 49 of LaBelle, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Napier was released on April 29 on $5,000 bond.
The other four men are still being held in the Hendry County Jail on above listed charges.
