The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from May 25 to May 30.

Ruby Eileen Nieves, 42, LaBelle was arrested on May 25, by Detective A. Nelson on charges of grand theft of firearm.

Jackie Denise Hill, 48, Clewiston, was arrested on May 25, by Detective M. Moore on charges of fraud – illegal use of credit cards and grand theft.

John David Gonzales, Jr., 26, Clewiston was arrested on May 26,  by Deputy F. Drummond of charges of felony - violation of probation.

Andre Previns Jones, 52, Clewiston was arrested on May 26 by Deputy S. George on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked 3rd subsequent violation, misd. violation of probation.

Dineshwar Sohit, 29, Moore Haven was arrested on May 28, by Deputy K. Rosado on charges of attempted homicide, reckless driving and failure to stop.

Daniel Branden Haines, 31, LaBelle, was arrested on May 28,  by Deputy E. Vasquez on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug equipment and possession of controlled substance without prescription.

Oscar Jr. Torre, 26, LaBelle was arrested on May 29, by Deputy J. Rodriguez on charges of carrying concealed weapon and aggravated assault w/deadly weapon without intent to kill.
