Hendry County is updating Future Land Use Community meetings

HENDRY COUNTY — Hendry County is updating their Comprehensive Plan – the county’s long-range tool guiding development, housing, community facilities, infrastructure, and conservation efforts.

This update is to address changing conditions, projected population growth and the need for modernized and flexible future land use categories to guide growth and development.

Upcoming Planning Workshop Meetings: *REVISED DATE
April 20 at 6 p.m. – County Emergency Operations Center, 4425 SR 80, LaBelle

April 27 at 6 p.m. – LaBelle High School, 4050 E. Cowboy Way, LaBelle
May 4 at 6 p.m. – Pioneer Community Center, 910 Panama Ave., Clewiston
*May 16 at 6 p.m. – Harlem Civic & Cultural Center, 2000 7th St., Clewiston
