Melisa Jahner will continue to represent district 3 on the Okeechobee County School Board, and Jill Holcomb will continue to represent district 5.

Jahner was the only candidate to qualify for the district 3 seat. And Holcomb was the only to qualify for the district 5 seat. Jahner was first elected in 2018, while Holcomb was first elected in 2014, then re-elected in 2018.

The two Okeechobee School Board races are part of four county seats that faced no opposition this year. Frank DeCarlo was the only candidate to qualify for the district 2 seat on the Okeechobee Board of County Commissioners (left vacant after Bryant Culpepper resigned in 2021), and Commissioner Terry Burroughs will continue to represent district 4 after facing no challenger this year as well.
