How to apply for FEMA assistance after Hurricane Ian

If you live in Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Hardee, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Orange, Osceola, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota or Seminole County and were affected by Hurricane Ian, FEMA may be able to help. You can apply to FEMA for possible temporary housing expenses, basic home repairs or other essential disaster-related needs not covered by insurance.

Apply online at DisasterAssistance.gov, use the FEMA app or call 800-621-3362 from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Time.
