IMMOKALEE — Immokalee Seminoles Youth Sports, Inc. is a non-profit organization that is part of the national Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. The organization is governed by a community Board of Directors, and provides football and cheer programs for children ages 3-14 years of age. We are currently looking to fill the following vacancies:

• President,
• Secretary,
• Association cheer & dance coordinator,
• Registrar/compliance officer,

Membership on the board is an excellent opportunity to provide leadership and guidance, and help instill values that will assist our youth in becoming productive members of our community. Values they can carry with them throughout their lives.

To ensure that we have a well-rounded and diverse board, we are currently looking for individuals who are dedicated and committed, able to lead, impartial, and trustworthy. Familiarity with youth sports would be a plus.

The Board meets once a month, and members are expected to actively participate on at least one committee. Board members are also asked to attend and support the organizations during home games during football season, as well as community events.
