HENDRY/GLADES COUNTIES — All individuals who received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine through the Florida Department of Health (FDOH) in Hendry and Glades Counties the week of Jan. 4-7 will be contacted by the FDOH – Hendry or Glades staff.
Appointments for the second doses will be scheduled the week of Feb.1-5.
The week before your second dose is due, you will be contacted with instructions for your follow up vaccination appointment. You do not need to do anything until contacted.
Please do not contact FDOH in Hendry and Glades regarding second dose vaccine appointment as no additional information will be available to the phone operators.
