Kids check out The Little Library at The Immokalee Foundation

Posted

There is something new at The Immokalee Foundation that was built #ForImmokaleeByImmokalee.

Say hello to The Little Library, a little corner of heaven where kids big and small can go and grab a book to read. All children should have access to the wonderful world of books and The Immokalee Foundations is so excited about this initiative.

This fantastic idea was proposed and funded by Mrs. Hedy Pearlman and designed by the foundation’s Art Education Specialist, Jonathan Martinez. Students from the engineering and construction management pathway along with art club students then took charge of the project building and decorating The Little Library.

Stop by The Immokalee Foundation! Donate books! Grab a book! Let’s make reading a joy every child can enjoy this summer!
