OKEECHOBEE — The Kiwanis Club of Okeechobee held their Hall of Fame induction luncheon last month at the First United Methodist Church. The 2022 inductees were Buddy Arrants (posthumously) and John Williams. Buddy served as treasurer and president of the Club and was responsible for the idea of our Kiwanis Radio Auction. John Williams served as president of the Club, was the Kiwanian of the year, and expanded the Farm-City Lunch from a Kiwanis and Key Club event into a community-wide event. Congratulation to the Arrants family and to John for this award.
