LaBelle — The Health Department in LaBelle is offering Pfizer COVID-19 vaccinations for children 5 years to 17 years (Parent must be present).
Additionally, adults may also receive Moderna or Pfizer vaccines and booster doses.
This vaccination event will be held at the LaBelle Health Department, 1140 Pratt Blvd. in LaBelle, on Saturday, Dec. 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. No Appointment Is Necessary.
Free food Voucher, hygiene kit, and rain suit to all individuals vaccinated.
Receiving your Covid-19 Vaccination – remember to bring the following:
• A valid Florida driver license or valid Florida identification card.
Lost Vaccine Card – If you have lost or misplaced your vaccine card and you received your COVID 19 vaccination from the health department, staff can provide you a copy of your vaccination record from Florida Shots (Monday through Friday). The Florida Shots records is your official vaccination documentation.
