The new zoning and planning board now has non-resident business owners who are also the developers or in business with the developers and once again quietly more environmental items that protected trees, farms, wildlife, wetlands have been removed from Indiantown to allow builders to do as they please.

This 177 proposed rental community development in the 55 acre ancient oak hammock in Indiantown which is habitat for everything from deer, panthers, turkeys, alligators, and etc. is located by the marina.

This has already been protested physically at the IVC (Indiantown Village Council) meetings in the past yet the Indiantown staff and/or government did nothing to prepare themselves to battle these developers who come in and take over this small country town - the new development has
- no parks
- no wetland setbacks

- no community center
- no low income housing
- no 55 and over housing
- is on the side of town where 2 mile long trains block off that part of town
- the communities next to it averages .70 acre single family homes.
whereas this community will be zero lot line two-story buildings.

All but two older respected members of the zoning board just caved to the intimidation from this team that the developer brought in.

The Indiantown government seemingly went along with the developer without a fight- or deferring the vote to another meeting.
