You are invited to the Fifteenth Annual Okeechobee Family Health and Safety Expo on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022. The Expo will take place at the Agri-Civic Center, 4601 State Road 710, Okeechobee, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. The 2019 Expo was a fun-filled, educational day for the more than the 2,500 people who attended. This year we want to offer additional health and safety displays, first responder vehicles, vendor booths, entertainment, food and giveaways. There is no charge to set up, eat lunch (while supplies last) or to attend the expo. However, donations are appreciated!

We need your support to make this expo bigger and better! We are inviting you to participate by setting up a vendor booth or by bringing a display for the community to see. We would love to see participation from everyone in the health and/or safety field. Profit and not-for-profit agencies and organizations will offer free health screenings or display items related to health and/or safety and offer demonstrations. Our target audience will range from young children to senior citizens. This is a great opportunity to share with Okeechobee what you have to offer.

We are soliciting event sponsors, food donations and door prizes to be given away during the expo. Donations of hot dogs, chips, bottled water, juice, fruit and other giveaways and of course, financial contributions will be accepted and greatly appreciated. You or your company’s involvement will add to this exciting day of health, safety and education for the citizens of Okeechobee. As a donor, you or your business will be recognized during the expo, and in our thank you ads in the local media. Sponsors are given coverage on signage, programs and in other areas; see sponsorship form on reverse side of this letter for complete details. It is not too late to join the list of sponsors.
