Thank you to all who participated in and came to listen to the Memorial Day Ceremony in Military Park. All the Armed Services were represented and the VFW Post 10539 and Amvets Post 200 are to be congratulated. The two speeches were heartfelt and well delivered. Not a sound was heard near the end except the solemn, heartfelt taps being played by young Weston Clark, which had the dignity of a closing tribute to those being honored for their service. Well done Okeechobee and thank you to all our veterans for their service, also.
