Memorial Services to honor veterans will be held in observance of Memorial Day at the following locations:

Okeechobee County
OKEECHOBEE — In observance of Memorial Day the American Legion Post #64 will be placing flags on the graves of veterans beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 28, at Evergreen Cemetery, 2784 N.E. 62nd Parkway. The public is invited to attend.

Hendry County
CLEWISTON — The Clewiston High School Public Service Academy will hold a Memorial Day Service to honor veterans on Monday, May 30 at 9:30 a.m. at the Ridgelawn Cemetery, East Sugarland Highway. The public is invited to attend.

Glades County
ORTONA — The Buckhead Ridge VFW invites the public to a Memorial Day Service to honor veterans on Monday, May 30 at 11 a.m. at the Ortona Cemetery Pavilion, 8898 W State Road 78.
