LABELLE — Please be advised that, beginning Wednesday, March 3, Hendry County’s consultant, Ardaman and Associates, Inc., will be conducting road work on Cowboy Way from S.R. 80 eastward to Bridge Street.

The road work includes drilling and obtaining pavement samples of the existing roadway.

Flagmen will be present to direct traffic.

The speed limit will be reduced through the project area.

Motorists should expect lane closures and possible delays throughout the duration of the road work operations and allow extra time for their commute.

Motorists and pedestrians should use extra caution when traveling through the work zone.

The road work is expected to have a completion time of approximately one (1) day.

Road work operations will begin and end on Wednesday. March 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please note that this schedule is tentative and subject to change. The Hendry County Engineering Department will notify of any changes.
