OKEECHOBEE -- In gratitude for all the ICU team of Raulerson Hospital does for the community and for one of their staff members in particular, Okeechobee Christian Academy delivered some treats.

In return, the hospital shared this message: "Thank you to Okeechobee Christian Academy for the outpouring of gifts including much needed coffee, sweet treats and toiletries. The personalized thank you cards put smiles on our team's faces for days!

"Remaining true to our mission of the care and improvement of human life is easy when the community we care for is so amazing. Thank you for entrusting us to care for you!"

One of OCA's teachers, Tom Pasquarella spent six weeks in the ICU over the summer and is now back at work and feeling great.
