OCSO athlete brings home the gold...again

OKEECHOBEE — Last weekend and last week provided Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) athletes the opportunity to come out and show their skill and support local and state events.

School Resource Corporal William Hill competes yearly in the games and always brings home something. This year he represented well again!
 
In the 2022 First Responder Games. He entered the following shootings events: Archery – Traditional 3D Target – gold; 900 Point - silver; Pistol – Semi-auto Iron Sight. Individual Division – bronze, Team Division - silver; Shotgun – Pump-Shotgun Class, Individual Division – gold, Team Division - gold; Overall High Combined Score for Pistol / Shotgun Events - bronze.
 
Hill also entered the 36-hole Golf Scramble team golf event  with three other SROs, and they took silver. The team included OSCO  Deputy Tim Higgins , Indian River Sheriff's Office  Deputy Pavvo Minuse  and Okeechobee Police Department Officer Skip Eddings .
