WEST PALM BEACH — The Palm Beach County Office of Equal Business Opportunity (OEBO) is hosting the 2021 Palm Beach County Youth Entrepreneurship Forum, “Mind Your Business,” on Aug. 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. This forum will be virtual and is free to youths ages 8 to 18. It will include workshops presented by entrepreneurs and a panel discussion featuring youth business owners.

The event will give young people who are interested in learning more about business entrepreneurship the opportunity to hear from young CEOs and business owners as well as established youth entrepreneurs. “Ultimately, the goal of this event is to encourage youth to consider entrepreneurship as an option. By providing some lessons in a way they can understand, we hope they will consider becoming business owners,” said Office of Equal Business Opportunity Director Tonya Davis Johnson.

Workshop presenters are The Grapevine CEO Nigel Davis, MY Management and Campus Activity Owner Michaela Yant, Marketing Coach Owner Tia Coleman, and SCENE Director Sherese James-Grow and Facilitator Gary White.

The event is free and open to the public. Interested participants can register at http://survey.pbcgov.com/s3/OEBO-Mind-Your-Business-Youth-Entrepreneurship-Registration.
