OHS Principal Myers speaks about navigating through COVID-19 pandemic

OKEECHOBEE — Okeechobee High School (OHS) Principal Lauren Myers spoke to the Kiwanis Club of Okeechobee about how the school system has been able to navigate the past year through the COVID-19 pandemic. Myers spoke about several adjustments that teachers and administration have had to make specifically with classroom construction and contact tracing protocol.

Myers said that she is excited that some of the longstanding OHS traditions are beginning to comeback like Grad Bash and that the school is working towards a safe prom and graduation that the students can enjoy.
