Okeechobee Arrest Report
The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).


• Veronica Duval, 49, Lake Worth, was arrested May 24 by OCSO and charged with DUI. During the traffic stop, Duval reportedly repeated the phrases, “I’m going to sue you.” and “I know my rights.” and “I can’t breathe.” over and over. When EMS arrived, she continued yelling while telling them she could not breathe. Duval reportedly refused to get into the ambulance but demanded medical help. Once in the ambulance, she got back out saying she no longer wanted to go. She was transported to the Okeechobee County Jail, where she reportedly refused the breath test.
• Brian Senna, 37, Southeast 37th Drive, was arrested May 24 by OCSO and charged with four counts failure to appear on felony offenses. He is being held without bond.

• Jonathan Rashad Jones, 29, Live Oak, was arrested May 21 by OCSO and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Dylan Muir, 26, Southeast 29th Court, was arrested May 22 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of Fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,750.
• Koren McDuffie, 14, State Road 70 East, was arrested May 23 by OCSO and charged with causing bodily harm or disability. McDuffie is accused of punching a girl in the face and using his phone like a hammer to hit her in the back of her head. He was turned over to the custody of his parents.
• Ricky Buck, 64, Indiantown, was arrested May 23 by OCSO and charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Jackie Billie, 44, West Village Street, was arrested May 22 by OCPD and charged with driving without a license/habitual offender. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Gelacio Torres, 64, Northwest 38th Avenue, was arrested May 22 by OCPD and charged with DUI second offense. Torres’ breath test results were noted as 0.138 and 0.134. Bond was set at $500.
• Jason Jones, 30, Northeast 13th Avenue, was arrested May 25 by OCSO and charged with possession of a schedule II drug and possession with intent to sell, possession within 1,000 feet of a specified area and possession with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a specified area. Bond was set at $100,000.
• David Malonado, 32, Southeast Sixth Street, was arrested May 26 by OCSO and charged with felony battery. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Ronze Cummings II, 27, Northeast 11th Street, was arrested May 26 by OCSO and charged with failure to report vacating a permanent residence. Bond was set at $35,000.
