The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• William Bailey, 34, Northeast Fourth Lane, was arrested July 26 by ONTF and charged with possession of fantanyl. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Ronald Jackson Sr., 54, Northeast 12th Street, was arrested July 26 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Reyes Garza, 47, Indiantown, was arrested July 23 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.

• Ivan Hernandez, 50, Miami, was arrested July 23 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.

• Charles Kerry, 65, Southeast 28th Street, was arrested July 23 by OCSO and charged with DUI with damage to property. Bond was set at $3,500.

• Marcus Rutherford, 23, Northwest 42nd Avenue, was arrested July 23 by OCSO and charged with battery by strangulation and felony battery. Bond was set at $40,000.

• Chase Weeks, 26, Southwest 10th Street, was arrested July 25 by OCSO on an out of state fugitive warrant. He is being held without bond.

• Joellen Rhoden, 39, Southwest 13th Terrace, was arrested July 25 by OCSO and charged with obtaining property by trickery. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Robert Cook, 58, Northwest Seventh Avenue, was arrested July 24 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $25,000.

• Clinton Jenkins, 38, State Road 78 West, was arrested July 24 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Bond was set at $23,500.

• Mark Willette, 55, East Center Street, was arrested July 27 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.

• Thomas Seals, 27, Southeast 57th Drive, was arrested July 27 by OCSO and charged with arson. The arson occurred in October 2020. Bond was set at $75,000.

• Freddy Mott, 33, Southwest Fifth Avenue, was arrested July 28 by OCSO and charged with possession of fenatnyl, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Bond was set at $3,250.

• Laura Zamora, 33, Southwest 22nd Street, was arrested July 28 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $2,500.
