Okeechobee Arrest Report

OKEECHOBEE -- The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Faith Kahn, 27, Southeast 12th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 14 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Neal Minton, 42, Northeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested Oct. 14 by OCSO and charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid, tampering with evidence and driving without a license. Bond was set at $10,500.

• Jonathan Morris, 34, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Oct. 14 by OCSO and charged with failure to register as a sexual offender. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Adam Souza, 34, Southwest Third Street, was arrested Oct. 14 by OCSO and charged with DUI after he was reportedly seen passing a stopped school bus at a bus stop near McArthur’s Dairy. Bond was set at $500.

• Dylan MacGreggor, 28, Southeast 59th Drive, was arrested Oct. 10 by OCSO and charged with sexual battery on a child under the age of 12. Bond was set at $250,000.

• Tamara Chapman, 58, Northwest 270th Street, was arrested Oct. 17 by OPD and charged with driving without a license third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Sean Eisenhart, 43, Lake Placid, was arrested Oct. 17 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $11,000.

• Alexander Godwin, 32, Southeast Third Street, was arrested Oct. 17 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Mildred Hardison, 47, Northwest 102nd Street, was arrested Oct. 16 by OCSO and charged with two counts possession of a Schedule II drug and one count possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Vonda Lee, 57, Southeast 58th Drive, was arrested Oct. 16 by OCSO and charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,500.

• Houston Foulke, 30, Northwest 358th Boulevard, was arrested Oct. 15 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Edward Presley Barsh, 48, of N.E. Eighth Avenue, was arrested Oct. 21 by OCSO and charged with attempt to use the ID of another person. He was sentenced in court and remanded to the Department of Corrections.

• Michael Anthony Edwards, 19, of NW 87th Court, was arrested Oct. 21 by OCSO and charged with burglary of an unoccupied vehicle. He was released on his own recognizance.

• Shavon Bondale Rush, 32, of NE. 16th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 21 by OCSO and charged with three counts of sale, manufacture or delivery of heroin. He is held without bond.

• Savanna Montana, 26, of State Road 70, was arrested Oct. 20 by OCSO and charged with DUI.

• Frankie Rosier, 58, of N.E. 13th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 20 by OCSO and charged possession of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a county park and sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a county park. Bond was set at $120,000.
