The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Manuel JR Alvarez, 35, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested Dec. 2 by OCSO and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, resisting arrest without violence and driving without a license. Bond was set at $32,000.

• Cherise Lawrence, 33, State Road 70 East, was arrested Dec. 2 by OCSO and charged with driving without a license/habitual offender. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Samuel Hastings, 52, Southwest 23rd Street, was arrested Dec. 2 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Damion McGriff, 32, Northeast 14th Street, was arrested Dec. 2 by OCSO and charged with possession with intent to sell cocaine within 1,000 feet of a specified area and sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a park. Bond will be set at $60,000.

• Gilberto Tagle, 28, Moore Haven, was arrested Dec. 2 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000.

• Aaron Locklear, 33, Northwest 87th Court, was arrested Dec. 3 by OCSO and charged with assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Roberto Rodriguez, 50, Northwest 32st Avenue, was arrested Dec. 3 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.

• Henry White, 41, Southeast 86th Boulevard, was arrested Dec. 4 by OCSO and charged with DUI and child neglect. Bond was set at $1,500.

• Beda Cornejo-Hernandez, 41, Northwest 53rd Terrace, was arrested Dec. 5 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Hannah Ellsworth, 17, Southeast 29th Street, was arrested Dec. 5 by OCSO and charged with battery of a person 65 years old or older. She was released to the DOJJ.

• Billy Reynolds, 33, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested Dec. 6 by OCSO and charged with writing/sending threats to kill or injure. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Joel Hammond, 22, Southeast 11th Street, was arrested Dec. 6 by OCSO and charged with two counts burglary with assault or battery. Bond was set at $30,000.

• Kendia Boyd, 20, Southeast 11th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 6 by OCSO and charged with two counts burglary with assault or battery. Bond was set at $60,000.

• Stacy Colburn, 52, Northeast 103rd Avenue, was arrested Dec. 7 by OCSO and charged with theft. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Ancelmo Baltazar, 51, at large, was arrested Dec. 8 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and obstruction without violence. Bond was set at $4,500.

• Matthew Peacock, 41, Port St. Lucie, was arrested Dec. 9 by OCSO and charged with child neglect. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Phillip Reynolds, 42, Northeast First Street, was arrested Dec. 9 by OCSO and charged with fleeing with disregard for the safety of others, DUI, operating a motorcycle without a license and driving without a license. Bond was set at $12,000.
