The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Robin Grimm, 59, Southeast 58th Drive, was arrested Feb. 11 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.

• Thomas Thompson, 47, Northeast 13th Avenue, was arrested Feb. 11 by OCSO and charged with two counts possession within 1,000 feet of a specified area and two counts delivery of narcotics within 1,000 feet of a specified area. Bond was set at $240,000.

• Mark Lee, 57, Northeast 207th Street, was arrested Feb. 11 by OCSO and charged with dealing in stolen property and giving false information to a pawn shop. Bond was set at $8,000.

• Jesus Arellano, Northwest 20th Avenue, 30, was arrested Feb. 11 by OCSO and charged with violation of probation on felony charges. He is being held without bond.

• Michael Graf, 46, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Feb. 11 by OCSO and charged with dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $8,000.

• Eugene Bates, 60, State Road 78 West, was arrested Feb. 12 by OCSO and charged with battery on a person 65 years old or older. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Steven Conklin, 28, Palm Beach, was arrested Feb. 12 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana resin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $31,000.

• Ashley Vosselman, 38, at large, was arrested Feb. 13 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $30,000.

• Francisco Tomas, 35, Southeast 118th Trail, was arrested Feb. 13 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.

• Zhane Butler, 35, Northwest 12th Street, was arrested Feb. 14 by OCPD and charged with forgery and grand theft. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Daniel Haygood, 59, Northeast Seventh Street, was arrested Feb. 14 by OCSO and charged with possession of Clonazepan. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Zatasia Johnson, 23, Northeast 14th Avenue, was arrested Feb. 14 by OCSO and charged with introducing contraband into a detention facility and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Benji Patrick, 45, Okeechobee Motel, was arrested Feb. 14 by OCPD and charged with forgery and grand theft. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Raymond Raichandan, 56, Northwest 56th Street, was arrested Feb. 14 by OCSO and charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, two counts possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and one count tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $20,000.

• Michael Burke, 44, U.S. 441 South was arrested Feb. 15 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Bond was set at $6,000.
