Okeechobee Arrest Report
The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
Cirinna Bormuth, 38, Northeast 106th Street, was arrested Feb. 25 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl, two counts possession of methamphetamine and two counts possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $18,000.
Lynslee Grumbling, 38, Southeast 34th Avenue, was arrested Feb. 25 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $12,000.
Charles Acquaotta, 50, Okeechobee, was arrested Feb. 25 by OCSO and charged with battery on a person 65 years old or older. Bond was set at $5,000.
Amy Daniel, 37, Southwest 16th Street, was arrested Feb. 26 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
Anthony Matos, 43, Port St. Lucie, was arrested Feb. 26 by OCPD and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and driving without a license. Bond was set at $11,750.
Linda Waters, 54, Northeast 10th Lane, was arrested Feb. 26 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $2,500.
Wiley Boswell, 64, Southwest 19th Court, was arrested Feb. 27 by OCSO and charged with vehicular homicide. Bond was set at $100,000.
Richard Carrier, 51, Michigan, was arrested Feb. 27 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
Brandon Godwin, 24, Southwest Seventh Avenue, was arrested Feb. 27 by OCSO and charged with DUI and fleeing without regard to public safety. Bond was set at $55,000.
Courtney Macias, 39, Michigan, was arrested Feb. 27 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at
$5,500.
Enemias Garcia, 41, Port St. Lucie, was arrested Feb. 27 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $10,000.
Katherine Ratcliff, 45, Lantana, was arrested Feb. 27 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Jose Vargas, 40, Pompano, was arrested Feb. 27 by OCSO and charged with DUI and operating a vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $1,000.
Daniel Zeimet, 22, Wisconsin, was arrested Feb. 27 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
Scott Derrin, 51, Palm Beach, was arrested Feb. 28 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $7,000.
Dayna Crow, 38, California, was arrested Feb. 28 by OCPD and charged with battery on law enforcement, trespass and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $6,500.
Luke Greeson, 27, Northwest 144th Drive, was arrested March 1 by OCPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,250.
Alberto Hernandez, 37, Northwest 35th Street, was arrested March 1 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Neva McClelland, 57, Sebring, was arrested March 1 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.
Miguel Rojas, 30, Okeechobee, was arrested March 2 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Dominic Villegas, 28, California, was arrested Feb. 2 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $16,500.
Kail Stevens, 24, Northeast 26th Avenue, was arrested March 3 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
