Okeechobee County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF) during the period from Nov. 23 to Dec. 3.

• Cole Underhill, 38, Southeast Second Avenue, was arrested on Nov. 23 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Diane Williams, 47, U.S. Highway 441 Southeast, was arrested on Nov. 23 by OCSO and charged with failure to return hired or leased property valued at $300 or more. Bond was set at $2,500.

• James Martin, 51, at large, was arrested on Nov. 24 by OCSO and charged with possession of a weapon/ammo by a convicted felon. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, giving false information to a LEO, and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $13,000.

• Nicole Gilbreath, 38, Fort Pierce, was arrested on Nov. 25 by OCSO and charged with leaving a crash involving injury, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamine. Bond was at $11,000.

• Mindy Phillips, 42, U.S. Highway 441 Southeast, was arrested on Nov. 26 by OCSO and charged with forging bank bills, notes, drafts or promissory notes. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Kyle Lanier, 37, Northwest 95th Court, was arrested on Nov. 26 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, throwing or shooting missiles into a dwelling, vehicle, building or vessel and criminal mischief. He was also charged with violation of domestic injunction and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $40,500.

• Carmen Gomez, 19, Northeast 12th Avenue, was arrested on Nov.  27 by OCSO and charged with resisting an officer with violence and battery on a LEO/Firefighter/INTK official. She was also charged with DUI. Bond was set at $11,000.

• Clifton Hiott, 31, Northwest 50th Drive, was arrested on Nov. 30 by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and child abuse-intentional act. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Deagan Osceola, 18, Reservation Road, was arrested on Dec. 1 by OCSO and charged with grand theft of a firearm and dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $12,500.

• Austin Thomas, 17, Grady Road, was arrested on Dec. 1 by OCSO and charged with grand theft of a firearm.

• Tabatha Mckenzie, 34, Northwest 27th Avenue, was arrested on Dec. 1 by OCSO and charged with child abuse without great bodily harm. Bond was set at $5,000.
