The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Nov. 1 to Nov. 8.

• Rodger Francois, 18, of NW 11th Street, Belle Glade, was arrested Nov. 4 by PBSO and charged with fraud/illegal use of credit cards, burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, and larceny/more than $100, less than $700. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Donkeria Burgess, 24, of N.W. 11th Street, Belle Glade, was arrested Nov. 3 by PBSO and charged with cruelty toward a child/aggravated child abuse. Bond was set at $25,000.

• Leonardo Pacheco, 20, of Everglades Street, Belle Glade, was arrested Nov. 3 by PBSO and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling, two counts of grand theft/less than $5,000, burglary of an unoccupied conveyance. Bond was set at $85,000.

• Aston Lee Jones, 40, of Davis Street, Belle Glade, was arrested Nov. 2 by PBSO and charged with two counts of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. No bond was set.

• Lawondra Smith, 30, of Shirley Drive, Pahokee, was arrested Nov. 7 by PBSO and charged with aggravated assault. No bond was set.

• Clarissa Chante Wallace, 37, of East Second Street, Pahokee, was arrested Nov. 6 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery. No bond was set.

• Rodney Demtrius Holmes, 49, of Greenstar Avenue, Pahokee, was arrested Nov. 5 by PBSO and charged with driving while license suspended/habitual offender. Bond was set at $3,000.
