The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife.

• Randy Rodriguez, 37, Southwest Second Drive, South Bay, was arrested May 24 by PBSO and charged with larceny - petit theft from merchant, farmer, transit agency 2+ prior convictions. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Adrian Rivera, 28, Northwest Avenue F Place, Belle Glade, was arrested May 30 by PBSO and charged with grand theft of motor vehicle, and DUI. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Pervis Rascoe, 40, Southwest Seventh Street, South Bay, was arrested May 28 by PBSO and charged with grand theft of motor vehicle, and drug possession of controled substance without prescription. Bond was set at $8,000.

• Dyana Nooks, 23, Sabal Court, Pahokee, was arrested May 25 by PBSO and charged with cruelty toward child - abuse child without great bodily harm. Bond has not been set.

• Tiffany Bennett, 40, South Elm Avenue, Pahokee, was arrested May 28 by PBSO and charged with flee/elude police - fail to obey LEO order to stop, and resisting officer - obstruct without violence. Bond has not been set.
