The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife.

• Richard Rowe, 35, Southwest Eighth St., Belle Glade, was arrested June 7 by PBSO and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver schedule I. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Ranshara Phillips, 31, Southwest Avenue C, Belle Glade, was arrested June 10 by PBSO and charged with battery on officer, firefighter, EMT, etc. Bond has not been set.

• Gerfride Previllon, 21, Southwest Eight Street, Belle Glade, was arrested June 10 by PBSO and charged with possession of a weapon or ammo by convicted Florida felon. Bond was set at $75,000.

• Alexis Valdes, 32, Southeast Third Street, Belle Glade, was arrested June 10 by PBSO and charged with obstructing justice - tampering with a witness or victim, battery by touch or strike, property damage - criminal mischief, resisting officer or obstruct without violence. Bond was set at $2,000.

• Joveris Jackson, 27, Southwest Seventh Street, Belle Glade, was arrested June 10 by PBSO and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure unarmed, larceny - grand theft $750 less than 5K dollars. Bond was set at $16,000.

• Jose Garcia-Garcia, 49, Northeast Avenue J, Belle Glade, was arrested June 10 by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Teira Pugh, 29, Palm Beach Road, South Bay, was arrested June 8 by PBSO and charged with 2X resisting officer - obstruct without violence, driving while license is suspended, revoked or equivalent status by third subsequent violation. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Samuel Arnold, Jr., 35, North 86th Street, Pahokee, was arrested June 7 by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession, drug equipment possess and or use, carrying concealed weapon - unlicensed electric weapon or device, operating motor vehicle without a license, grand theft of motor vehicle, resisting an officer or obstruct without violence. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Atari Downs, 39, Seminole Court, Pahokee, was arrested June 9 by PBSO and charged with driving while licenses suspended resulting in death or serious injury, DUI and serious bodily injury to another, cocaine possession, DUI resulting in damage to property or person of another. Bond was set at $22,000.

• Sean Purcell, 35, West Main Street, Pahokee, was arrested June 13 by PBSO and charged with battery on officer, firefighter, EMT, etc.; disorderly intoxication in public place causing disturbance, and 2X resisting officer with violence. Bond has not been set.
