The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife.

• Christine Smith, 35, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard West, Belle Glade, was arrested Nov. 28 by PBSO and charged with three counts of battery on officer, firefighter, EMT, etc.; resisting officer without violence; and property damage. Bond was set at $11,000.

• Mariah Smith, 38, Pelican Lake Drive, Pahokee, was arrested Nov. 21 by PBSO and charged with driving while license suspended habitual offender. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Jamari Burris, 23, Ricky Jackson Boulevard, was arrested Nov. 27 by PBSO and charged with fleeing and/or eluding police at high speed, and driving while license suspended or revoked second subsequent offense. Bond was set at $5,000.
