PALM BEACH COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.
• Freddie Smith, 29, Southwest Seventh Street, Belle Glade, was arrested May 24 by PBSO and charged with burglary, grand theft of property, and property damage. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Rene Rodriguez-Fernandez, 26, Southeast Fourth Street North, Belle Glade, was arrested May 25 by PBSO and charged with fraudulent use of credit cards - use more than two times in six months, and grand theft. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Chery Rosensky, 19, Bethune Place, Belle Glade, was arrested May 27 by PBSO and charged with burglary, grand theft, and property damage, and opium or derivative possession - with intent to sell, manufacture, or deliver schedule I or II. Bond was set at $13,000.
• Riche Luckner, Jr., 18, State Road 715, Belle Glade, was arrested May 29 by PBSO and charged with weapon offense - missile into dwelling, vehicle, building or aircraft, carrying concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm, and possession of weapon - or ammo by Fla. delinquent adult felony. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Adriana McRae, 25, Palm Glades Drive, Belle Glade, was arrested May 30 by PBSO and charged with assault - aggravated with intent to commit a felony. Bond has not been set.
• Avieyon Lewis, 19, Northwest 11th, South Bay, was arrested May 24 by PBSO and charged with grand theft of motor vehicle. Bond has not been set.
• Adrian Lockhart, 25, Southeast Second Avenue, South Bay, was arrested May 30 by PBSO and charged with aggravated assault - with deadly weapon without intent to kill, and weapon offense - missile into dwelling, vehicle, building or aircraft. Bond was set at $65,000.
