The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.
• Chemoiya Clark, 19, was arrested Jan. 6 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery causing bodily harm or disability. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Christen Haynes, 33, of Avenue B Place, Belle Glade, was arrested Jan. 6 by PBSO and charged with Fleeing/eluding/failure to obey LEO order to stop, reckless driving and resisting an officer without violence. Bond was set at $1,000.
• James Hickman, 70, of Bacom Point Road, Pahokee, was arrested Jan. 6 by PBSO and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug equipment. Bond was set at $50,000.
• Freddy Castaneda, 20, of Southeast First Street, Belle Glade, was arrested Jan. 7 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond has not been set.
• Kahleem Davisrivera, 19, of Everglades Street, Canal Point, was arrested Jan. 7 by PBSO and charged with weapon offense - missile into dwelling, vehicle or dwelling, and possession of a weapon. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Terry Willis, of Southwest Sixth Street, Belle Glade, was arrested Jan. 8 by PBSO and charged with fleeing police. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Scott Levins, of Bacom Point Road, Pahokee, was arrested Jan. 8 by PBSO and charged with drug possession of a controlled substance without prescription. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Jimmerial Gray, 31, of North Cocoanut Road, Pahokee was arrested Jan. 9 by PBSO and charged with domestic battery by stangulation. and battery. Bond was set at $1,000.
