Posted

WEST PALM BEACH -- On Aug. 4, 2021, Palm Beach County Superintendent of Schools Mike Burke amended the school district’s COVID-10 protocols.

Students and employees are strongly encouraged to wear facial coverings at school and while riding the bus.

Facial masks are “strongly encouraged” but not mandatory.

“If you are a parent or guardian who will be attending orientation or another activity at a Palm Beach County District School, please comply with this protocol,” Burke stated.

Facial coverings will be revisited by the superintendent every 30 days and re-evaluated based on local health conditions.
