PBSO Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.

• Harry Salter, 31, N.W. 11th St., Belle Glade, was arrested June 8 by PBSO and charged with marijuana possession, three counts of drug possession of a controlled substance with a prescription, two counts of failure to appear, and condition of release violation. Bond was set at $4,000.

• William Smith, 26, MLK Boulevard W., Belle Glade, was arrested June 8 by PBSO and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance unarmed. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Kentron Fowler, 29, S.W. MLK Boulevard, Belle Glade, was arrested June 9 by PBSO and charged with cruelty toward child - child abuse without great bodily harm. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Berry Edouard, 24, S.R. 715, Belle Glade, was arrested June 9 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery - offender knew/should have known victim pregnant, criminal mischief and grand theft. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Roy Ward, 35, N.W. 10th St., Belle Glade, was arrested June 11 by PBSO and charged with driving with revoked license third violation. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Harneshia Lee, 35, S.W. Second Drive, Belle Glade, was arrested June 13 by PBSO and charged with driving while license revoked third violation, and hit and run involving property damage. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Khalilah Brown, West Detention Center, was arrested June 14 by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession, possession of controlled substance without a prescription, and municipal ordinance violation. Bond was set at $2,000.

• David Jones, 30, S.W. 10th Ave., South Bay, was arrested June 7 by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession, resisting officer without violence, and criminal mischief. Bond has not been set.

• Felipe Hernandez, 29, S.W. First Ave., South Bay, was arrested June 11 by PBSO and charged with burglary of unoccupied structure unarmed. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Hyatt Sprigger, 23, Glades Drive, Pahokee, was arrested June 8 by PBSO and charged with two counts of drug possession of controlled substance without prescription, marijuana possession, two counts of possession of weapon or ammo by convicted felon, and carrying concealed weapon, unlicensed firearm. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Theresa Kimes, 53, Daniels Place, Pahokee, was arrested June 12 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery casing bodily harm or disability and possession of drug equipment. Bond was set at $5,000.
