Pumpkin Pie Squares


1 box yellow cake mix (withhold 1 cup for crumble)
1 egg
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix these ingredients together and press into bottom of 9x13 greased pan.
Mix below ingredients together and pour over top of cake mixture:
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2/3 can evaporated milk
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Dash of vanilla
Crumble together the reserved cake mix and 1/3 cup sugar with enough melted butter to crumble mixture. Sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream.
