BELLE GLADE -- The School District of Palm Beach County’s Department of Adult Education will hold two open houses and registrations for recent graduates to learn more about pre-apprenticeship programs at North Tech and West Tech.

Pre-apprenticeship programs will be offered in partnership with Florida Training Services at both North Tech and West Tech adult education centers Programs that will be offered for students in the fall include welding, electrical, carpentry air conditioning repair and plumbing. The West Tech location will also be offering phlebotomy and home health aid programs which will begin in Aug.

Open house for the North Tech location will take place on July 12 and 13 from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at 7071 Garden Road, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. For any questions call 561-842-1063.

Open house for the West Tech location will be held on July 22 from 9 a.m. until noon and again at 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. at 2625 State Road 715, Belle Glade, FL 33430. Call 561- 829-4620 for any questions.
